Hawaiian Brats with Grilled Teriyaki Pineapple

Ingredients
3 cups water
2 1/2 cups pineapple juice, divided
1 pkg Johnsonville® Brats (Original or Cheddar & Beer)
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Directions
  1. In a saucepan, combine water and half of the pineapple juice. Add bratwursts; bring to a simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes or until brats are cooked through. Remove from water. Place on a rimmed baking sheet. 
  2. In a bowl, combine remaining pineapple juice with barbecue sauce. Pour half of the mixture over the brats; toss to coat. Heat grill to medium. Place brats on the grill. Cook until sauce caramelizes and brats are evenly grilled on all sides. Baste with remaining sauce while grilling. Serve on buns with Grilled Teriyaki Pineapple.
